August 2010 - We were referred to Deanna to assist in the purchase of our first home.  Our search took us from Airdrie, to Okotoks to High River looking for the yard space and small town appeal that was our top priority.  Through it all Deanna always stayed positive, patient and optimistic that we would find what we were looking for!  When we found our house in High River, Deanna's support carried us through the offer, approval and possession process that is very overwhelming as a first time buyer.  She was there every step of the way for any questions or concerns that we had and made this process both rewarding and enjoyable!  We will definitely use Deanna's services again and recommend her to anyone looking for a committed, hard working realtor.

March 6, 2010   Deanna guided us through our first home purchase together back in 1999.  Since then Deanna has represented us on our investment properties.  Most recently, Deanna finalized a sale in two weeks.  Deanna's understanding of the current market enabled us to list our property at a price point  that attracted buyers and provided maximum return on our investment.   We will be asking Deanna to represent us again this fall.

Deanna - All is well in the new place .  It just gets better and better.  I have been passing your name around to everyone I know who is looking for a place.  Most already have realtors but none are very satisfied so I'm hoping you will hear from a few of my co-workers soon.  I said many times that you took what seemed to be a very grueling process and made it a breeze, which is what I would like to thank you for right now.

We were referred to Deanna Zukiwsky, by her brother Dennis out of Red Deer, who has been a family friend for years.  In not knowing Deanna prior, both Michelle and I were very impressed with how easy going Deanna was to work with.  At the time, I was already living in Calgary while my wife and son were still in St. Albert, so arranging schedules to have view homes could have been difficult, but Deanna made the process very simple.  It was very refreshing with having dealt with realtors in the past, finding that Deanna really grasped what we were looking for in a home, neighborhood, and budget, and we didn't waste time looking at homes that were not of our liking.  She was very knowledgeable in both Calgary as well as surrounding areas, of what different homes in different neighborhoods were worth.  At the end of the process we bought a home on the outskirts of Calgary in Langdon, after looking at 15 or more homes, and are still very happy a year later.  I would definitely refer Deanna to my family and friends to either buy or sell a home.  She has great vision, client interaction, and was literally willing to go that extra mile to make sure the bathtub would be to Michelle's approval!!!
